• Work as an opening team leader to oversee the day-to-day operations and pursuing monthly sales target of the store.
• Managing the store inventory, budget control and staff training as well as delivering quality customer service.
• Leading the team to support the operations to coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various departments in the company.
• Maintains the highest quality, consistent product standards. Ensures that all customers are educated on our products and services.
• Closely working with Apparel team to create a one team one goal

Customer
• Continuously Model, Train, Coach and Foster and environment where service excellence values are a top priority.
• Create a proactive selling culture that focuses on building long term relationships through the conversion of walk-in customers into repeat clients.
• Fosters an environment where service excellence values are a top priority through training, 1 on 1 coaching, modeling appropriate selling behaviors and personal involvement with top clients.
• Solicits feedback from internal/external customers and creates action plans to change negative behaviors or enhance positive behaviors.
• Awareness and involvement with top clients.
• Monitoring operations performance and implement an improvement plan to ensure the coffee quality and service were delivered to our clients in the company.

Brand
• Ensure consistent presentation standards are met, through partnership, planning, and execution.
• Invests in team and self to ensure a true passion and respect for the brand is constant.
• Ensures store environments are consistently compelling and shopping experiences are inspirational through brand representations (as outlined in our values).
• Ensures customers are educated in Ralph’s coffee way (Background/history in hospitality) to have a different kind of experience compare to others.
• Continues to learn and educate clients and staff on coffee knowledge, coffee brewing and merchandise products.

Business Objectives
• Proactively assess and report business opportunities to global and regional hospitality team.
• Execution of global and regional hospitality initiatives, promotional strategies and programs assuring that they support sales, branding and business objectives.
• Surfaces local initiatives to build brand awareness, drive business and engage teams.
• Leverage tools and resources to exceed business objectives including but not limited to Annual Performance Goals.
• Proactively assess and report market demographics and psychographics to home office.
• Ensures the team achieve their monthly goal and yearly target.
• Domestic travel is required to support new store openings.
Requirements
Describe the technical and professional competencies required to perform the job (e.g. education, qualifications, personal attributes, communication/language skills, computer skills etc.).

• Minimum 5 year’s relevant experience in the F&B/restaurant industry, with at least 3 years at the managerial level
• Candidates with pre-opening experiences are highly preferred
• Strong leader, with excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills; customer & service oriented
• Attention to detail, highly organized and methodical in operational management
• Passion to evolve, adapt and innovate
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge. A thorough understanding of restaurant service
• Have a valid health certificate
