职位：IT技术支持， 桌面运维 ，网络管理
职位描述：
• 提供技术支持，作为该站点的 IT 联络点。
• 终端用户台式机、笔记本电脑、办公室 IT，具有智能手支持网络和服务器。
• 需要时为终端用户系统和服务器上的各种软件提供安装支持
• 新用户入职准备IT 资产和工具。
• 离职支持、收集 IT 资产和清理 IT 资产并保持库存。
• 行政/ VIP 支持。
• 为后端团队提供协调和远程手部支持，以提供网络和服务器智能手部支持。
• IP 电话、视频会议支持、Level 1 多功能打印机支持。
• 配置、部署企业和个人台式机和膝上型计算机、个人生产力设备和业务应用程序，并对其进行故障排除。
• 支持中端服务器。
• 在后端团队的帮助下支持网络设备，例如交换机、路由器、无线应用程序。
• 在ServiceNow 或类似的票务系统上交票。
• VPN 故障排除。
• Microsoft Office（Outlook、Word、Excel 和 PowerPoint）和 SharePoint 的应用程序支持。
• MS Windows 10 故障排除。
• 为终端用户排除 MS Office 365 问题。

• 资产/库存管理/电子废物、现场技术入职/培训/流程调整/文档、现场培训/用户教育、供应商协调
所需的技能和经验
• 良好的英语水平
• 4 年以上的 IT 支持经验，展示了在企业环境中不断提高的责任感和技术专长。
• 深入了解Microsoft Windows 7 和Windows 10 操作系统及其相关的远程访问。
• ServiceNow 或类似票务系统的知识和经验。
• 了解 Active Directory。
• 熟悉Microsoft 服务器技术及其相关的用户管理工具，包括Active Directory、Office 365、SharePoint、文件、打印、DHCP 和DNS。
• 自律且积极主动。
• 良好的决策能力
• 应该能够根据 SLA 和用户影响确定工作负载的优先级。
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 4+ years’ experience in IT support demonstrating increasing levels of responsibility and technical expertise in a corporate enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 operating systems and their related remote access.
• Knowledge & experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system.
• Understanding of Active Directory.
• Familiarity with Microsoft server technologies and their associated user management tools, including Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, File, Print, DHCP, and DNS.
