岗位要求：
1、To provide Quality and Testing for both existing and new business opportunities and to develop the Right First-Time philosophy required to become a leading supplier of quality components to the aerospace industry.
为现有和新的业务机会提供质量和检验支持，发挥***次就做对的精神，成为航空工业高质量零件的领导供应商。
2、Ensure fully identifying customer’s requirements and transfer them into internal quality control requirements.
确保完整识别客户的需求，并将需求转化成内部的质量控制要求。
3、Provide corrective actions to Nonconformity during quality activities and find root cause for NCs.
对质量活动中的不符合组织提供纠正措施，找出不符合的根本原因。
4、Planning quality control activities make inspection plan and conduct necessary training to related persons.
策划过程质量控制活动，制定检验计划并对相关人员实施必要的培训.
5、Provide high quality documents such as FAIR/control plan/CPK/MSA etc.
提供高质量的质量文件，如FAIR报告，控制计划，CPK，MSA etc.
6、Assist product-related inspection and testing jobs.
协助与产品有关的的检验及测试活动。
7、Support and promote improvement activities to directly benefit our products and manufacturing processes.
支持和提升改进活动，直接有益于我们的产品和制造流程。
8、To support, develop, maintain, and improve the company’s quality management system and organize internal audits against the system when required.
支持，发展，维护和提升质量系统，当需要时，依系统要求组织实施内部审核。
岗位职责：
1、本科及以上学历，理工类专业。
Bachelor degree or above, major in science and engineering
2、5年以上同岗位工作经验。
More than 5 years working experience in the same position.
3、优秀的工程图纸和规范理解能力。
Excellent understanding of engineering drawings and specifications
4、熟悉ISO9001体系要求，有航空经验者优先（AS9100D）。
Familiar with ISO9001 system requirements, aviation experience is preferred (AS9100D)
5、有机加，制造或表面处理的质量管理经验.
Experience in quality management in organic addition, manufacturing or surface treatment.
6、熟练使用各类常规检验工具。
Proficient in the use of various routine inspection tools.
7、有组织内部审核和应对外部审核的经验。
Experience in organizing internal audits and responding to external audits.
8、良好的Excel/Word 使用技能。
Good Excel/Word usage skills.
9、良好的英文读写能力，听说熟练更佳。
Good English reading and writing skills, listening and speaking proficiency is preferred.
