工作职责：
1、建立坚实互信的客户关系，与客户保持及时准确的沟通；
Cultivate strong and trusted relationship with customers through timely and accurate communications.
2、与客户密切合作，充分了解生产项目要求，时间，成本以及产品交付；
Work closely with customers in understanding manufacturing projects requirements, timing, and cost for successfully delivery to customers.
3、负责生产项目从客户端顺利转移，以及按时保质交付客户；
Responsible of the introduction of manufacturing projects from customers and final delivery on time with quality to customers.
4、跨部门领导生产项目的引入后的项目启动，规划，执行，监控和关闭；
Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of manufacturing projects at the project or program level across internal functional departments.
5、督察项目部门员工，并负责项目部人员的招聘，培训，工作分配与指导；
Responsible for supervising project engineers including hiring and training; planning, assigning, and directing work.
6、为项目部员工建立职业发展计划，针对员工的能力，成果以及发展机会提供指导；
Initiate career development plan of project engineers and provide guidance to employees with continuous feedback on performance, achievements, and opportunities for improvement.
7、在项目执行的各个阶段，与客户和内部高层开展会议，电话等各种沟通形式，保持项目信息交流与透明；
Facilitate meetings, calls, follow-ups and other communications with external customers and internal senior management throughout the different project stages.
8、制作月度或者季度报告，为管理层的工厂运营提供重要的项目信息输入；
Create monthly or quarterly reports to senior management team to outline project status as input into the plant operations.

岗位要求：
1、工程、制造或商业管理等相关的学士学位。工学硕士、MBA或同等学历为佳；8年以上的航空工程或制造业经验。

Required: A university degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Business Management. MSc, MBA, or equivalent is a plus；8+ years of experience in the aviation engineering or manufacturing industry.
2、至少 3 年的项目管理经验，包括设计工程、生产制造等相关项目。
At least 3 years’ experience in managing projects, including those with design engineering and/or manufacturing elements.

3、对航空金属零件的工程、制造工艺和机械装配有深入了解，尤其是金属零件的机械加工、钣金制造，以及特种工艺相关制程。
In-depth knowledge in the aviation engineering, manufacturing processes and mechanical assembling for metal, especially in machining, sheet metal fabrication and special/non-traditional process.
4、具有项目管理、启动、规划、执行、控制以及关闭的所有阶段的专业知识与技能。
Has expertise in all phases of Project Management, Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitor/Control, and Closeout.
5、具有领导跨职能团队的丰富经验，按时、按预算，保证质量且完成公司业务目标，以及满足客户要求；
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects to meet business objectives and customer requirements on time, within budget and with quality.
6、精通使用Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint ,Outlook系列软件.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Travel Requirements 出差要求:
7、根据全球项目团队或项目管理部门的需求，可能需要在国内和国外出差；
Some domestic and international travel may be required as dictated by the needs of the global project team or Project Management Department.
