1. According to the airworthiness regulations, MTU internal procedure and customer requirements, supervision and examination of the entire production process (engine / component maintenance / repair / overhaul), strict implementation of the quality standard of the company, and final releasing of the engine / components, to ensure delivery of qualified engine / components to customers.
2. Participate to create the engine / component shop worksope instruction based on the customer’s workscope requirement, OEM approved data and MTU internal process standards.
3. Participate to analysis and solving the problems related to engine parts / procedures produced during the engine production process.
4. Final releasing of the engine / components as per standard procedure and ensure the released engine / components meet the customer & MTU quality system & Authority regulation requirements.

Position Qualifications:
Major & Education：Bachelor or higher degree with major in Engineering.
Job Experience：At least 5 years’experience in aviation industry or 2 years as engineer experience in aviation industry.
English Skill：Good at both written & spoken English with English level CET4 or above.
Computer Skill：Familiar with the MS office applications and other program language prefer.　
Qualification Certificate Requirements：CCAR-66 Maintenance Personnel License.(TA)
Professional Skill ：
-Excellent knowledge of the applicable civil aviation regulations.
-Excellent knowledge of Aero engines structure and operation, and maintenance theories.
-Comprehend quality management system concept.
-Familiar with the processes of engine maintenance.
-Good knowledge of OEM technical documentations, e.g. WPG, MG, EMMP etc.
