Job Responsibility:
1. To provide administrative support to a team of marketing professionals, correspondence, promo stock, answering general inquiries, ticket ordering, etc.
2. Consolidating all marketing plans/requests from markets for Senior Director to support
3. Arranging various US/UK priority artist planning calls
4. Creating Purchase Orders for all marketing-related invoices and ensuring these are assigned to the correct project and accounted for in the related budget.
5. Checking key DSPs charts -weekly/monthly basis and tracking local socials highlight and report to head.
6. Tracking and monitoring marketing spends and activities and reports to head.
7. Circulating marketing and media campaign information to all internal departments.
8. Taking minutes and isolating action points in department meetings.
9. Responsible for censorship process, production, media promotion, and marketing planning for all international pop, Japanese & Korean pop artist products.
10. Keep abreast of market developments, new technologies, market conditions.
11. Digital awareness. Assist in putting together digital compilations, and digital marketing initiatives.
12. Ad-hoc support tasks for the Senior Marketing Director – diary management, booking travel, couriers etc.
Requirement:
1. After graduating university up to 3 year of working experience in marketing, media, sales or agency.
2. Fluent spoken and writing skills in English and Mandarin. Japanese and/or Korean language skills is a plus.
3. Excellent in MS-Office (especially PowerPoint) and internet competence.
4. With a passion for music, having good communication skills, be responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and deadline, flexible in working hours and a good team player to achieve target.
