International Sales and Marketing Associate
Job Description
Reports to the International Sales Director.
The primary goal is to develop new customers around Europe. The job will require occasional traveling to visit distributors and attend trade shows. Experience in sales is required.
Responsibilities
1.(60%) Develop new distributors. Sales follow up from business meetings (in English or local EU language). Ensure follow-ups are completed on time.
2.Will need to communicate with internal departments [engineering, marketing, product development] in Chinese. Manage existing international distributors. Monitor competitor activity and industry trends in order to identify opportunities for growth.
3.(10%) Technical writing and marketing material (English)
4.(25%) Distributor visits, trade shows and follow-up on sales lead
5.(5%) Assist other territories and cross functionals
Qualifications
1.A Bachelor’s degree in Business, or Engineering
2.Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or engineering
3.Bilingual+: Native English Only, fluent in Chinese (Speaking, basic reading/writing), conversational language in German, French, or Spanish a plus.
4.Excellent project coordination skills with proven ability to drive results; action oriented and strong problem solver.
5.Must have prior international experience
