Responsibilities:
1. Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage large-scale enterprise e-commerce projects from initiation to completion.
- Drive project teams to deliver high-quality solutions within defined timelines and budget constraints.
2. Industry Expertise:
- Demonstrate substantial experience in managing projects within the consumer goods or manufacturing industries, particularly in the B2B space.
3. E-commerce Platforms:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Magento/Adobe Commerce and SAP Commerce Cloud.
- Evaluate and recommend suitable e-commerce solutions based on project requirements.
System Integrations:
-Project experiences in backend system integration (ERP, WMS, CRM, etc.)
4. Cost, Timeline, and Progress Control:
- Utilize proven methodologies to control and optimize project costs, timelines, and progress.
- Implement effective project tracking mechanisms to ensure milestones are achieved.
5. Client Interaction:
- Interface with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure project delivery aligns with their strategic objectives.
- Provide regular project updates and address client concerns promptly.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale enterprise e-commerce projects.
2. Extensive experience in the consumer goods or manufacturing sectors with a focus on B2B e-commerce & DMS projects.
3. In-depth knowledge of Magento/Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce Cloud, and other mainstream e-commerce solutions.
4. Strong understanding of e-commerce industry trends and emerging technologies.
5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to navigate complex project landscapes and adapt to changing requirements.
7. Experience with ERP and CRM systems projects is a plus.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in project management within the enterprise e-commerce space.
3. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
