Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for material composition design
2. Mold design
3. Testing the material process performance &mechanical properties, etc
4. Process documents preparation
5. On site process debugging
6. Process problem collect and analysis, continuous optimization and improvement
7. Accept the direct guidance of the TD and complete other work tasks assigned by him
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, gender non-specific, major in powder metallurgy, metal materials, material processing engineering, mechanical engineering or related fields
2. Fresh graduates in 2023/2024 can be acceptable and cultivated
3. Proficient in OFFICE, AUTOCAD, SOLID WORKS, and those who can use UG are preferred
4. Familiar with product development and quality management systems in the automotive industry (IATF16949/VDA6.3) is preferred
5. Strong sense of responsibility, strong ability to withstand pressure, good at learning and accepting new knowledge
6. English of CET4 or above
岗位职责：
1、材料成分设计
2、模具设计
3、材料工艺性能、机械性能等试验的跟进
4、编写工艺文件
5、现场工艺调试
6、工艺问题统计及分析，持续优化改进
7、接受技术总监的直接指导， 完成其交办的其他工作任务。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，男女不限，粉末冶金、金属材料、材料加工工程、机械工程等相关专业，2023/2024届毕业生可接受和培养；
2、熟练运用OFFICEAUTOCADSOLID WORKS等软件，会使用UG者优先；
3、熟悉汽车行业产品开发和质量管理体系（IATF16949/VDA6.3）者优先；
4、责任心强，抗压能力强，善于学习和接受新知识；
5、英语CET4以上水平
