职责描述：
10Facilitate formulation/technology transfer to production as required to simulate the formulation process with recipe to do lab trial and pilot plant scale
2.New/local raw material source evaluation
3.Prepare sample with new formulating recipe to support global and China product release with timescale as required
4.Follow appropriate processes and maintain technical records to a high standard, meeting local quality standards and global requirement
5.Customer investigation report with improved solution
6.Regular communication with R&D in HQ, eg. gather data at field trials and transfer case study experience from local market requirement.
7.Perform laboratory analysis and report counter-measures or recommendations
8.According to the environmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues

岗位要求：
1.PhD or Post-graduate Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or related field
2.Good command in English (written or verbal) is essential
3.Computer literate
4.Methodical and systematic in problem solving
5.Excellent report-writing skills
6.competent in wet analysis
7.Must be able to develop and write operating and control procedures
8.Able to work in a team environment or independently, with minimal supervision
9.competent in operating combination of these instruments (ICP-OES, AAS, UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, SEM-EDX) and interpret spectra
10.Practical experience in 5S and GLP
11.Good understanding of DOE, basic statistics, SPC, process characterization and spec validation is required
12.experienced in project management
13.good knowledge of Quality Management
