An ideal candidate should:
1. have education background in English/translation/law, interdisciplinary background preferred
2. be an undergraduate or postgraduate student in penultimate year of study
3. have translation experience, experience in legal translation a plus
4. be able to work at the company, preferably at least 3 days a week
5. pursue translation/legal translation as a career
