• Chemical process assessment and correction from process stability control to meet quality requirement
• Continuously and actively pursues and drives improvement opportunities in chemical related process
• Look for new process capabilities where chemicals are in use to improve the efficiency/cost and quality
• Collaborate with different teams to analyze, understand, and identify the correct chemicals to be used in the product from the initial design stage of the product until its mass production.
• Work with chemical vendors tor the optimization of performances of the delivered chemical raw materials
• Align and help start PPAP, Cpk, SPC, etc for processes, with use of statistical tools.
• Support failure analysis and implements solutions
• Lead continuous improvement projects for the reduction of scraps and improvement of first pass yield eventually resulting to better customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and advices to the whole organization whenever necessary.
