Responsibilities:
1. CR CN (Change Request & Change Notice) related improvement Initiatives tracking & follow-up
2. Process performance analysis & report generation and distribution
3. General process related support, including Q&A, regular training performed to design engineers etc.
4. Process system daily management & maintenance, including account / access management, database update, etc.
5. Ongoing tasks monitoring and tracking
6. Perform other duties as assigned and requested
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree, engineering education background is preferred
2. Good English communication skills for writing
3. Good analytical skills and logical thinking, attention to details
4. Demonstrated communication skills and capabilities and collaborations on teams
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
