Position Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing support for preparing, planning and directing manufacturing processes within the facility. This includes
improving production methods, assessing manufacturing capacity and providing
support in the design and factory testing. This position also should provide technical support for Quality, Supply Chain, After-service, such as, analyze
unqualified issue, troubleshooting, assess supplier’s capability, write, or
sign the First Article Inspection Report (FAIR), etc. Furthermore, localization
and NPD is also the responsibility of this position.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for the introduction of new products, new product design, new product trial production, etc.,
Develops, evaluates, and improves manufacturing methods.
Responsible for creating/maintaining the item master data and BOM in ERP system (such as, QAD, Oracle) according to the customer’s requirement, transferring the new parts list to sourcing team and tracking the parts localization and manufacturing status base on production schedule.
Assist in troubleshooting found from production line or customer site.
Responsible for the engineering verification of new products or components.
Assist to analysis work force utilization, operation space requirements, and design the workflow, optimize the layout to maximize manufacturing efficiency.
Travel to suppliers or customers to check technical trouble and maintain if need.

•负责根据客户要求在ERP系统(如QAD, Oracle)中创建/维护项目主数据和BOM，将新零件清单传递给采购团队，并根据生产计划跟踪零件的国产化和制造状态。

•协助解决生产线或客户现场的故障。

•负责新产品或新部件的工程验证。

•协助分析劳动力利用率，操作空间需求，设计工作流程，优化布局，最大限度地提高生产效率。

•出差到供应商或客户那里检查技术故障，必要时进行维修。
Qualifications/ Requirements ：

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Machinery or related.
Skilled in AutoCAD, Solidworks, UG etc.
Clear, concise and articulate communication skills - verbal, written and listening.
Good English skill in reading, writing and listening.
Strong team player, work ethic and commitment to win.
