Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:
1. Delegate to achieve designated sales target of PRC Ultra Prestige (UP) products in Guangzhou within budget.
2. Drive synergy of Prestige high-end product portfolio development together with channel sales managers through exploring new opportunities, developing sufficient offering on Product, Activation, VIP Experience, Service and Training.
3. Focus on consumer recruitment and CRM management, build relationship with the UP buyers (regular buyers) through:
*Host all the local brand event together with Brand Ambassador and local WS (brand team support), include tasting program / gala dinner / Private VIP dinner.
*Invite and organize local key customer to attend national brand event outside the region.
*Develop tailor made consumer promotion for key customer to push UP sales
*Collect and build up local key consumer data base and behaviors for PRC by leveraging Leverage app to attract and record sales.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1. 5 years above sales experience, preferably exposure with luxury goods
2. Outstanding sales skills, ability to develop personal networking and build rapport with customers quickly
3. Presentable, diplomatic, well-organized and detail-oriented
4. Proficiency in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is a plus
5. Established network of contact within local luxury marketplace
