Title: Digital CRM IT manager

Report
to: Sr.Digital IT manager

We
are looking for an experienced Digital IT manager to lead the migration of our
global Salesforce to Salesforce on Aliyun in compliance with China PIPL
regulations. Also, he/she will in charge of platform run and continue
development afterwards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing
the entire project, from planning to implementation, ensuring that the project
is completed on time and within budget.

He/She
will play a critical role in the successful migration. The ideal candidate will
be highly skilled in project management and have experience leading complex
projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. The candidate should have a
deep understanding of Salesforce sales cloud, service cloud and Chinese Clienteling/marketing
communication, as well as knowledge of China PIPL regulations.

He/She
will be responsible for developing and managing a detailed project plan that
outlines all project objectives and deliverables. He/She will work closely with
the internal IT teams and external technical teams to identify project risks and
develop migration strategies to ensure the project is completed on time. He/She
will also be responsible for managing project budget and resources, ensuring
compliance with China PIPL regulations, and communicating with stakeholders to
provide project updates and ensure project requirements are met.

After
project build, He/She will continue improve SFoA platform to meet CRM business
requirement, He/She will work closely with local business and HQ business team
to make sure Chinese customer user journey design is aligned and well developed
in system.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and manage a detailed project
plan.
* Lead project due-diligence with
local/global business and IT team.
* Identify project risks and develop migration
strategies.
* Manage project budget and resources.
* Manager external technical partner
with local/global IT teams’ support.
* Communicate with stakeholders to
provide project updates and ensure project requirements are met.
* Monitor project progress and adjust
project plan as needed.
* Design SFoA platform change request
process with HQ and local teams.
* Select and manage local technical
partner to support future development.
* Create support team and processes for
SFoA daily run.
* Monitor platform working performance
with local cloud team.
* Collect business teams requirements
and manage SPRIT release plan with Agile processes.

The successful
candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or
a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in project management. He/She
should be able to demonstrate experience in Salesforce project build/run and
have knowledge of luxury customer Clienteling. The candidate should also have
excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership
and problem-solving abilities.
