Position Summary:
The CS service manager’s general responsibility includes department’s revenue performance and budget. You will lead a team to execute on the installations, testing and commissioning and services strategy. You will be involved in developing processes that meet customer expectations and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for aftersales service business development, include machine modification, sales of spare parts
Manage aftersales team, define management KPI to improve customer satisfaction
Build up the aftersales service process for internal and external customers
Control cost of aftersales service
Collect customer service requirements and feedback to design and quality team to improve machine quality continuously
Build up and maintain good customer relationship
Qualifications：
Bachelor degree or above, major in Material, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical background, MA of Engineering
10 years of customer service on high level integrated equipment installation, commissioning and service, foreigner company preferred
10 years working experience on Wet-tool of (mainly but not limit) FPD, PCB. Minimum 3 years on manager position
Knowledge of Wet Tool Process, Machine Program, e.g PLC (Omron, Siemens)
PCB, FPD general production process
Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
8D report, DOE process, FA analysis
Good communication and leadership skills, able to effectively coordinate customer service teams and other departments
