Epiroc China is looking for an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition expert, providing a best-in-class recruitment experience and support. You will have responsibility for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and discussing the strategic value and differing contributions of candidates to find the best fit for the business.

Collaborating with the business managers and HR team, you will help identify up and coming talent, provide guidance and encourage internal mobility. You will contribute to applying assessment tools to the recruitment process. You will apply the same to candidate selection as well as team development, facilitating communication, psychological safety, and growth opportunities.

Job Description:
 Deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business growth needs and generate diverse pools of applicants as well as closely controlling cost bases.
 Have a deep understanding of the business and organization, grasp the recruitment needs, continue to introduce industry talents for the company, and assist the company to implement the strategy.
 Identify and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels with strong sourcing knowledge in using different job portals, headhunters, internal promotion, and networking sites etc. to meet the company's talent needs.
 Source, screen, interview and assess candidates, gaining a detailed understanding of the candidate background, as well as what unique potential they bring to the organization and organizational culture.
 Drive efficiency in the entire recruiting process including job profiling, advertisement, competence-based interview and selection, reference check and offering. Focus on medium and high-level positions, key technical positions.
 Develop and grow a talent pipeline for the organization, with special focus on key functions, to ensure continuity and agility during transition periods.
 Be a true talent partner to business not just execute, but consult advice, coach, etc.
 Work closely with the HRBPs and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
 Responsible for building employer branding strategies by collaborating with HR teams. Expand internal and external resource to promote employer branding in target experienced candidates.
 Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive both short- and long-term employer branding initiatives.
 Work in partnership with SSC and hiring managers to establish competitive, effective total reward packages in line with budgets and policies.
 Stay current on market trends, new technology and tools that impact recruiting and employer branding activities and practices.
 Collect market talent information and conduct related industry/talent mapping.
 Ensure the team has accurate and up to date data analytics to have an overview of the team activities, but also an overview of the recruitment function of the organization.
 Responsible for data statistics and analysis of recruitment channels, determine recruitment process problems through data and propose solutions. Timely update TA report to ensure accuracy.
 Follow the company policies as stated in The Epiroc Way, including the Code of Conduct and Compliance issues.

Experience / Educational requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred)
 More than 8 years’ recruitment, has experience in manufacturing, new energy, and/or internet, and has depth and insights in at least one of the above fields.

Knowledge / Skills requirements:
 Strong talent sourcing knowledge and skills
 Strong knowledge of candidate's selection methods; Assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility
 Strong communication skills
 Good project execution ability and promotion ability, especially senior candidates.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, communication and influence abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.
 Proficiency in English and Mandarin
