Main tasks
1.OBD/IUPR documents collection, validation, translation and submission
Paticipate the regular meeting with RD, QM, AMG counterparts to collect the OBD/IUPR/AES/BES documents base on certification timeline;
Validate the Documents;
Consolidation and creation of final letter
Upload and download ducuments from systems regularly;
Arrange the documents translation with supplier, check the translation quality;
Track the documents preparation status and report to project engineers;
Share the translated documents to certification and regulation engineers;
Upload the documents to internal and external systems;
Validate the current process and create a new documentation process.
2.Test preparation support
Support to Generate parts check list before homologation vehicles arrival;
Check coast down value for each carline before homologation vehicles arrival;
Support to assign the project order to RD China in system;
Check the key emission parts ata and pictures;
Support to maintain the emission tasks in A-ZST system;
Support to maintain the emission parts list and data on T-drive;
Support to provide the OCT, emission random check date and reports;
Support to maintain the MEE TD in VECC & BEPA system;
Support to check the emission test reports;
3.Emission/OBD reporting
Support to prepare the monthly importation volume reports;
Support to submit the PVE/COP/IUT/CAL ID reports Quartly;
4.OBD test support
Support to assing the tasks to RD workshop in PiT system;
Support to prepare the SBC parts collection and SBC aging;
Coordinate the SBC Aging Process with the authorities
Support to prepare the OBD vehicles and parts
Support the OBD pretests and authority tests
Support the PVE testing and reports preparation
Coordinate Workshop activities for OBD testing

5.OBD regulatory topics & Documentation
Support the team on regulatory requirements;
Summarize regulatory requirements for development in order to provide guidance
Create a Check List for OBD Documentation according to the requirments
Create a PVE documentation process according to the regulation


Qualification
o Education
University degree in mechanical, automotive engineering or comparable educational background
o Experience
At least 2 years of working experience within automobile industry. Knowledge of OBD certification and regulations.
o Specific Knowledge
1. Fluent English and Chinese (written/spoken), German skills are preferred.
2. Good communication skills with internal and external partners.
3. Team player with open-minded work attitude and ability to adapt to new situations.
4. Project management skills.
