职位：区域销售经理
汇报对象： 中国区销售负责人
主要职责：
1. 定向开发西南区客户，制定、完成销售目标。
2. 管理西南，华南部分区域销售网络，建立分销渠道
3. 完成每年制定的销售指标
4. 定期拜访客户，保持良好沟通，实时把握客户需求
5. 制定新客户开发计划，寻求项目机会，配合客户完成设计，报价，谈判，下单，收款等。
申请要求：
2年以上工业/医疗领域产品销售经验，熟悉防爆和医疗设备市场的优先。
有一定的市场开拓和客户开发能力
具有团队合作精神，能适应经常出差
基本的英文听说能力
大专及以上学历
工作地址:成都或重庆
薪资：8000~12000RMB/M

Position：Regional sales manager (Southwest China)
Report to： China Sales Manger
Major Responsibility;
1. Develop and maintain industry/Medical customer in Southwest of China.
2. Set-up sales channels and network.
3. Achieve yearly sales targets.
4. Customer visit, communication regularly, understand customer demand and get customer RFQ
5. Work out new customer developing plan, look for new opportunities, promote Steute.’s solution, finalize design with customer and further quotation/business negotiation/order follow up and collect payments.
Requirements：
More than 2 years industry/medical products sales experience. Customer base in logistic/Petrol/Chemical/ship building/Medical device are preferred
Strong capability on marketing and new customer development
Willing to travel, team worker
Basic English skill
College or above
Location; Chongqing, Chengdu
Salary; 8000~12000RMB/M
