Project assistant site 项目助理（base 昆山）
ROLE

Responsible for assisting the assigned project manager with the execution of project in accordance with a valid, executed contract, per company policies and procedures, to drive and track new programs including documentation and follow-up, to review and report of design and variations.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist the assigned project manager in establishing a Project Execution Plan including all required monitoring, auditing and control mechanism.
• Assist the assigned project manager in tracking project against its schedule, budget and phase review objectives.
• Assist the assigned project manager to develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
• Prepare periodic management reports and presentations as assigned by the project manager.
• Prepare and conduct Project Meeting as assigned by the project manager.
• Review of specification and drawings, report of the design and variations, coordinate with LDI and other Client authorized consulting company, commensurate with level of experience.
• Assist the assigned project manager in monitoring and reporting on overall project quality.
