北京北汽李尔汽车系统有限公司是由北京汽车投资有限公司与美国李尔有限公司共同出资组建的中外合资企业。公司于2007年4月正式成立，注册资本金220万美元，中外方各持有50%的股权。2012年6月，北京汽车投资公司所持有的公司50%股权转让至北京海纳川汽车部件股份有限公司。

Chinese shareholder BHAP is established in January .25, 2008 with 1 billion registration capital. It has 35 subsidiaries, including 4 wholly-owned enterprises, 15 cooperative enterprises with Fortune 500 and renowned international auto parts companies, 10 joint ventures with famous domestic auto parts enterprises and 6 others. Its products cover the following six series: ‘interiors and exteriors systems, seating systems, electronic systems, heat exchange systems, chassis and other systems”. With the combination of technology and product leadership, BHAP possesses the ability of developing products with a wide spectrum of vehicles. The sunroof of BHAP has a broad business in North America, Europe, and Asia, mainly supporting world leading automobile manufacturers. Other products are currently supporting over 20 domestic carmakers such as BAIC, FAW, SAIC, Brilliance, JAC, CCAG, Chery Automobile, Shanxi Automobile, GWM, CNHTC, etc.

The company’s main business scope includes designing and manufacturing car seats system. It provides seating system integration for BBAC’S C-class, SUV-GLK and new generation E-class, as well as SABO, C50, the self-owned brand of BAIC. It possesses the most advanced production process and quality management system, and has passed ISO/TS16949 and the ISO14000 system authentication. Annual production capacity is 400,000 sets of seats.
