1.有丰富的电动车相关测试经验，了解相关标准，可以指导团队成员的测试工作，包括电池管理、电动测试、RTM测试、充电测试、高压安全等方向， 功能验证测试、漏洞修补测试、软件放行测试等。
2.管理团队内不同方向的测试工程师，完成测试车辆准备、测试计划确定、测试具体展开、测试数据传递、测试进展记录、提交合格的测试报告。
3.与多部门协调测试车辆，并组织车辆物流运输，在测试中心、试验场、等测试地点之间的往返，确保按时、高效完成测试需求。
需6年以上，有电动车项目试验经验--充电测试、RTM测试、电池管理系统测试、电动车测试、高压安全测试等。

Your tasks
● As a team leader & project manager, you are the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) on site for all project participants including the customer.
● You lead the EV testing and analysis operation and ensure the on-time, high-quality delivery of all project tasks
● You are responsible for the performance of all onsite test engineers, including their training
● You are responsible for the evaluation of the vehicles and preparation of technical analyses as well as regular reports
● Furthermore, you instruct and lead on-site personnel on test scenarios, analysis activities, new technology innovations on test vehicles, and any other related work tasks
● Support Sales Staff with the preparation of quotations, as well as customer visits
Your qualifications
Bachelor degree, major in Automation/electromechanical/vehicle engineering etc.
●6 years+ of test and validation or technical project management experience，have experience of using CANoe.
● Fluent Chinese, and Good English skills
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships with test team and customer
● Driving License for passenger vehicles and more than 3 years driving experience
● Familiarity with commercial aspects and tasks in the service business
● Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
● Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint)
● Work in a team-based environment to achieve common goals
