SUMS软件流程管理项目经理
1、英语听说读写熟练
2、计算机、软件工程相关专业本科以上学历
3、工作主要是做SUMS流程这个流程落地的，不需要有软件开发或者测试的背景，有项目管理的经验即可
Manage SUMS CN project and roll out the SUMS Process by frequently communicating and coordinating with different departments within MB CN and MB Germany
Job Objectives:
oRD Processes –
1.SUMS Process setup in CN with output: CN SUMS Manual(pdf file) inc. complete the process document for the related clauses;
2.R&R Assignment (SCC/CF);
3.Initial RxSWIN Documentation (SCC);
4.SUMS Change Management;
5.SUMS Certificate Conformity Process;
oProject Management –
1.CN SUMS Project Management;
2.Cooperation with German SUMS team(make sure China developed batteries are included);
3.Management Reporting;
4.R156 rollout for exported carline and batteries;
5.Support SUMS Certificate inc. organize the meetings; on-site testing; resources; etc.
6.Maintain FO/PL list for in-car SW and Mobile APP.
Qualification:
1.Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, software engineering, Project Management and other related majors;
2.Excellent English ability inc. reading, writing and speaking;
3.Strong communication skills and teamwork spirit, willing to share professional knowledge and help others;
4.Strong planning and organizational skills;
5.Self-responsibility & High commitment for outputs and deliverables;
6.Experience working in an Agile development environment.
