Background: DigitalTrains™ is a cloud-based railway simulation software that uses digital twins and dynamic simulations to create a virtual model of trains and their associated track infrastructure. This allows many real world scenarios to be simulated, with results that can be easily shared and analyzed by project managers, train operators, and manufacturers to optimize performance and cost.
Overview: As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to DigitalTrains™ users. You will work closely with our customers to understand their issues, provide guidance and training, and help them resolve any technical problems they encounter. You will also collaborate with our development team to improve the product and ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support to DigitalTrains™ customers.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use DigitalTrains™ effectively.
• Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve software issues.
• Test and verify software updates and enhancements.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets
• Continuously improve your product knowledge and customer service skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.
• Understanding of railway operations and systems is preferred.
• Experience with software development or testing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
