Key Responsibilities：
1. Support any customers to promote Wacom's technologies
2. Require expert knowledge of the product, from development and troubleshooting to the overall sales strategy.
3. Develop and deliver customized demonstrations and presentations to meet and exceed customer requirements.
4. Provide technical advice to the sales team to develop, sell, and successfully implement product or service solutions that will meet customer’s needs.
5. Provide technical advice during large or difficult negotiations, or with customers who are of strategic importance to the organization.
6. Replicate customer claimed issue, analyze/debug the problem, and work with business unit engineering team to solve
7. Highly flexibility to on-site customer's factory/ODM and provide related supporting in a quick way if needed.
Qualifications：
- Bachelor degree or equivalent experience and knowledge.
- Work experience as an engineer in the electronics industry (over 5 years)
- Fluent in Japanese or English
- With experience of firmware or circuit design
- Having high communication skill which is able to build and maintain a good relationships with stakeholders is also a plus.
- Self-starter and can-do attitude to any duties assigned
