职位描述Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for maintaining the ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 system.

2. The company’s representative dealing with the local and provincial environmental ministry or bureau; maintenance of environmental permits, submission of required reports, and maintenance of data.

3. Continuously identifies, assesses, and reduces/eliminates EHS risk (including security). Be responsible for managing the disposal, storage and treatment of hazardous waste to reduce the risk.

4. Provides for timely EHS training of employees.

5. Investigates incidents (including near misses, releases, and losses) and accidents to determine root causes and prepares/directs corrective action plans.

6. Be responsible for designing and manage EHS system and project.

7. Provide professional consultation and supports to ensure that the operations are conducted in a safe and environmental responsible manner, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Establish the emergency response plan and organize emergency drills.

9. Be responsible to build up GBT33000 system within factory and achieve the certificate.

10. Other tasks assigned by upper supervisor.

任职资格Qualifications

教育水平：大学本科及以上学历
Education: Bachelor degree or above
专业：安全工程、环境工程、机械工程、职业安全卫生、电气工程或相关专业
Professional: Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field;
培训经历：注册安全工程师、安全主任、EHS管理体系
Training: Registered Safety Engineer, Safety Director, EHS Management System
工作经验：5年以上制造业相关工作经验，至少3年以上外企公司工作经验。
Work Experience: At least 5 years relevant experiences in manufacturing industry, with a minimum of 3 years or above experience in MNC.
知识：EHS管理体系、ISO14001、 OHSAS18001体系知识
Knowledge: Knowledge of EHS Management System, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 System
英语要求：英语听说读写流利，可作为工作语言
English Requirement: Fluent in both oral and written English，Can be used as working language

能力要求Capacity Requirement:
1. Good computer skills, MS Office proficiency required.
良好的计算机技能，熟练使用办公软件。
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, Strong training/mentoring skills.
优秀的沟通、人际和组织能力，较强的培训/指导能力。
3. Certified Safety Engineer (CSE), Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), Certified Associate Industrial Hygienist (CAIH), Professional Engineer (PE) or similar career certification is a strong plus.
注册安全工程师（CSE）、注册工业卫生师（CIH）、注册副工业卫生师（CAIH）、专业工程师（PE）或类似职业认证者优先。
4. Certified Internal Auditor of ISO14001 and/or OHSAS18001, Certified Lead Auditor (CCAA/IEMA/IRCA) preferred. Knowledge and experience in other relevant EHS standards (ISO50001/SA8000) is a plus.

5. Handful and proven experience of EHS projects. Know-hows of environmental projects (industrial waste/VOC/water effluent), machinery safety design, ergonomics, industrial hygiene & ventilation is a strong plus.

6. Experience in leading the standardization of production safety.
