- 8 years or equivalent of 8 years experience in the design large outer sheet metal stamping dies and complex hot stamping design.

- Minimum 8years experience using UG for 3D design,proficient in Catia is.

- Understanding of tool/part & production process.理解模具及相关产品件的制造流程。
- Good English and Mandarin verbal/written communication skills.

任职描述：
- Design die according to process layout, use D document to make sure the design meets all the requirement and responsible for die design review and check.基于工艺排布进行模具设计，使用D Document确保本人设计图纸符合各项要求，同时负责审核和校对其他设计图。
- Do design update and guide other designers to do design update according to the review notes internal/all standards and customer request.Responsible for the review notes that have been communicated with the designer,review notes that have been implemented into the die design.
执行同时指导其他设计者基于内部意见/客户标准和客户要求进行设计更新，确保评审意见与设计者沟通并确保评审意见已经更改到位。
- Do process review before design stage/ Technical support at quotation stage
设计开始前进行工艺评审以及报价阶段的技术支持。
- Timly report the working progress to supervisor and manager or when it required.
定期或有需要时向主管和经理汇报工作。
- Be able to create DCN/ECN with supervisor and manger's direction.
能够根据主管或经理的安排制定DCN 或ECN
- Be able to reate Bill of Materials at each mileston with supervisor and managers' direction.
能够根据主管或经理的安排在每个项目节点生成材料清单。
- Travel to customer or supplier site to solve technology issues.出差去客户或供应商处解决技术问题。
- Manage training and evalute design out source suppliers.管理/培训并评估设计供应商。
