职位名称：高级全栈工程师
我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的高级全栈开发工程师加入我们的团队，如果您有丰富的前端和后端开发经验，专注于创建健壮且可扩展的解决方案， 确保应用程序的性能、安全性和响应能力，我们期待您的加入。
职责和要求：
熟悉版本控制工具（如前端开发：
● 熟练掌握HTML、CSS和JavaScript，能够编写高效、模块化和可维护的前端代码。
● 有丰富的React或Angular经验，能够设计和实现响应式用户界面。
● 对前端性能优化和跨浏览器兼容性有深刻理解。
后端开发：
● 精通Node.js后端开发的专业知识。
● 在数据库设计和管理方面有经验，熟悉关系型数据库（例如MySQL、PostgreSQL）和/或非关系型数据库（例如MongoDB）。
● 能够设计和实现高性能、可扩展和安全的后端服务。
全栈开发：
● 具备整体系统设计和架构的能力，能够协调前后端的集成。
● 有微服务架构的实际经验，了解服务间通信和API设计原则。
● 能够处理系统的部署、维护和监控。
工具和技术：
● Git）和协同开发工作流程。
● 了解CI/CD（持续集成/持续部署）流程，有实际经验者优先。
● 对云服务（如AWS、Azure、Google Cloud等）有基本的了解。
团队协作和沟通：
● 具备团队合作精神，能够与产品经理、设计师和其他开发人员密切合作。
● 优秀的沟通和解决问题的能力，能够有效地与非技术人员交流技术方案和问题解决方法。
教育与经验：
● 计算机科学或相关领域的本科或以上学历。
● 至少5年以上全栈开发经验，有成功的项目经验。
