我的工作职责是什么？Responsible for Assembly manufacturing process for industry automation product (PLC), including depanel, pre-assembly, laser marking, final assembly, inspection, pack etc. Ensure assembly manufacturing process and product quality.负责西门子工业自动化产品PLC的组装制造流程，包括分板，预组装，激光打码，最终组装等过程, 确保组装制程工艺和产品质量。Responsible for project management of new product introduction and new production line introduction.负责新产品导入、新产线建立的项目管理。Responsible for the life cycle management of product and production line.负责产品和产线的生命周期管理。Collaboration with R&D team/factory teams to create and optimize production process for product design change.与研发及工厂同事合作完成产品设计变更的生产切换。Continuous improvement for production line with digital tools to achieve high flexibility and efficiency.通过数字化手段持续改进生产工艺，提高生产柔性和效率。
我如何才能胜任？本科及以上学历，自动化相关专业；Bachelor's degree and above, Automation engineering and related majors.英语听说读写熟练， 能够与跨国团队进行沟通交流 ；Fluent in English in both oral and writing, able to communicate with multinational team.两年以上自动化生产或项目管理经验；More than 2 years of experience in automation or project management.Experience in Automation with Robot and PLC is preferred.有机器人、PLC自动化经历优先;Data analytics or AI with SW coding or IT tool is preferred.能够使用编程或IT工具进行数据分析、人工智能优先；
