Inviting applications for the role of Supply Planner/ Process Developer - Supply Planning/ Demand Planning/

-Understand variability of product categories and develops robust set of corresponding statistical models
-Develops statistical processes to support development of long range plans
-Develop demand plans at the division, product, and location level
-Conducts trend analyses and facilitates discussions with marketing and sales to drive consensus
-Facilitates demand review and consensus meetings and supports development of Sales and Operations Planning decks
-Utilizes accuracy and bias results to improve site level forecasts
-Analyzes and reviews the divisional demand plans with Finance, Marketing and Sales
-Ensures demand alignment with long term strategic plans
-Provide optimization of costs and service in support of company profitability plans.
-Should have functional experience in forecasting tools & statistical forecasting techniques
-Good statistical knowledge
-Development of demand planning response to customer / product segmentation to maintain and/or improve forecast accuracy
-Demand Sensing
-Add impacts of seasonal and LTO (limited time offer) demand to the forecast based on the inputs received from the business
-Experience in managing end of life cycle and absolute inventory
-Good verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

-Balance resources vs requirements
-Seasonal / LTO supply planning: Analyze historical data, LTO effectiveness
-Supply planning response to customer / product segmentation: Initial analysis & updates
-Support monthly and Sales and Operations Planning workbooks for Product Business Teams
-Analyze and review inventory stocking policies and strategies quarterly in order to minimize spoilage, maximize service, and maximize inventory turns
-Analyze inventory investment costs and trends to ensure they are in alignment with departmental and company objectives
-Analyze total delivered costs (manufacturing and distribution) and recommend and implement changes process and strategy to achieve lowest Supply Chain cost
-Provide inventory management support
-maintain consolidated view of inputs across manufacturing, materials, and logistics
-ensure fill rates goals are met or any variance minimized according to received prioritization logic for constrained capacity
-Plan material actions to ensure production needs can be met, minimizing shortages to ensure customer delivery targets are met
-Support creation of a monthly supply review meeting- S&OP support
-Perform monthly and quarterly statistical forecasting and perform various relevant analysis & reporting as required by business time to time
-Continuously improving forecasting techniques, method, and approach towards optimizing inventory and their distribution
-Relating and measuring the impact of forecast accuracy
-Monitor SKU levels and recommend SKU rationalization initiatives in the future
-Indicate trend changes and exceptions on case-to-case basis and escalate appropriately.
-Ensuring and driving the upkeep and maintenance of process documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems by the team
-Report/communicate to management/stakeholders on pre-decided rhythm dashboards on inventory targets (including safety stock levels) and forecast errors, service levels and order optimization that are approved by management.
-Suggesting ideas to improve existing process
-Support team in adhoc requests/statistical analysis/reporting and projects

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in business administration (or educational equivalent), Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, engineering or related field
-2 yrs. experience in Job Offered, Fulfillment Planning, or related field (which experience must have included supply chain or fulfillment planning experience with perishable materials or materials having a short shelf life, advanced planning systems for enterprise resource planning, and financial analysis and network modeling.
-Experience with Blue Yonder and/or other Advance Planning System experience preferred
-APICS affiliation and/or certification
-Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
-Working knowledge of any of the ERP & Planning systems like SAP, JDA BY, APO, Kinaxis etc

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
-Supply Chain related experience in Supply Planning, preferably in CPG/Consumer Electronics company
-Knowledge of Analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau
-Statistical Forecasting and Model development
-Knowledge of manufacturing, distribution and customer service
-Knowledge of Sales and Marketing functions preferred
-Experience in Integrated Business Planning
-Strong Administrative skills and attention to detail
-SAP or related systems experience preferred
-Experience with advanced ERP planning systems (BW, SAP, APO) preferred
