企业历史沿革超过25年的能源集团公司，目前集团营收规模人员1500人，资产规模超过400亿，营收接近200亿，旗下共40多个分子公司分布在内陆及沿海各个省份。
工作内容
1、根据公司的战略目标，制定集团年度公共事务战略，包括政府关系管理、政策研究管理、大事件传播策略等，计划并确保实施效果；
2、政府相关部门及行业协会、社会资源发展与维护，如发改委、工信部、能源局、统计局、海关、行业研究协会、石油能源集团等；
3、政府相关政策的研判，及时获悉政府的相关政策指令、法律法规，分析对公司发展的相关政策、优惠政策、进出口贸易政策、行业计划和趋势走向等，结合公司业务推动业务与政企的融合创新与合作共赢；
4、负责舆情管理，并制定相应的公关策略，树立公司良好的公众形象，建立良好的行业与公众认知；
5、公司的公关风险把控与预警，公关危机应对，搭建危机处理体系，组织协同相关部门对危机事件进行防范和处理；
6、负责建立和维护与各媒体，机构之间的沟通渠道和良好的互动、合作关系。

理想的求职者
1、 本科或以上学历，社会学、国际关系、新闻学等专业，985/211及海外知名院校加分；
2、 具有能源或新能源、石油化工、清洁环保等行业集团化公司政府事务10年以上管理经验，具有丰富的社会人脉及行业人脉积累；
3、擅长政府关系维护，有较好的媒体传播资源，熟知媒体环境和传播手段，擅长维护友好的媒体关系，定期与媒体保持良性沟通，具备优秀的谈判能力；
4、文字功底优秀，能具有洞察性地撰写各类对公文件及传播材料、文字资料等；
5、具有出色的沟通谈判能力和应变能力，思路清晰、严谨，具备良好的抗压能力；
6、擅长危机公关，具备相关成功经验，形象气质佳、谈吐优秀。
