Main Responsibilities主要工作职责：
Maintain the quotation model in the costing system, setting and updating the target costing matrix across all sites and all core product lines.
Work closely with Global Procurement, Finance and Platform/Operation team to ensure the validity and completeness of the material, machine rate, and indices applied to the quotation system.
Maintenance of costing within the costing system (Oracle Front End) regularly and ensuring an accurate and timely analysis of product costing to support business pricing decision-making.
Perform the testing and prepare documentation on the user acceptance and user training menu for any new quotation process in the cost system.
Support the overall profitability of the business through the development of processes and metrics, large global bids and new product launches. Handle ad-hoc projects to support business needs.
Requirements岗位要求：
University graduate with qualified certification in Accountancy, Finance or Industrial Engineering
At least 2 years relevant costing experience, preferably gained in garment/garment accessories industry or in a printing/converting industry
Proficient in Google (Google worksheet, Google slides) and experience in using Oracle is a plus
Highly initiative, well organized and strong analytical skills as well as a good team player
Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills are essential to coordinate the activities of a diverse and complex organization.
Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
