Responsibilities

• Work with cross functional team (R&D, Manufacturing, QA, Supply Chain, Compliance) in delivering the life sciences product and medical devices that meets product requirements and customer requirements.

• Develop and deliver reliability test plan and test report as part of the New Product Introduction phases.

• Recommend reliability test method and conduct reliability test on instrument system, subsystem, or assembly.

• Ensure the reliability test results meet the reliability parameters in product requirement or customer requirement document.

• Conduct system, subsystem, or assembly reliability review, and deliver the reliability review report.

Requirements

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent

• Knowledge in reliability engineering, reliability tool, and failure analysis technique.

• Knowledge and experience in Quality Management System ISO 13485 or ISO9001.

• Positive learning attitude, growth mindset, and committed.

• Require travelling abroad.

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the electrical & electronic device industry.
