1. Responsible for internal card BAT development 负责管理卡片设计文稿的收发
- Ensure efficient communication with region customer service / sales, to make proof request clear.
与负责区域的客服或销售有效沟通，确保设计文稿的需求信息清淅简洁
- Communicate card design request with technical team and understand the request well.
与工艺部门良好的沟通,正确理解卡片设计与生产工艺的要求
- Ensure clear and accurate proof request to technician for proofs generation.
将制作设计文稿的要求清晰的下达给proof制作技术员
- Follow up proof generation and ensure proof released within SLA.
跟进并在规定的时间内发出设计文稿
2. Manage subcontractors BAT. 管理外发订单设计文稿的收发
- Prepare and deliver artwork packaging and receive proof
给外包商发送文件及需求,接收做好的设计文稿
- Responsible for color reference management.
负责卡片跟色样管理
3. Responsible for Scheme submission 负责提交卡片设计给发卡机构审批
- Familiar with Scheme design guideline
熟悉各发卡组织对卡片设计的要求
- Familiar with Scheme submission process
熟悉各发卡机构卡片设计提交的流程
4. Record the status of each proof in AX system including proof generation & customer approval & scheme approval.
在AX系统里记录proof制作、客户审批和发卡组组审批的状态
5. Responsible for managing physical color reference from customer.
负责客户跟色样的管理
6. Fulfill other related jobs which dispatched by senior management.
完成领导安排的其他任务
？ 5S & attendance management 现场管理与出勤管理
1. Keep good 5S in office and keep work desk tidy.
搞好5S工作,保持桌面干净整洁
2. Follow HR policy.

1. Follow the related IT and security rules, ensure product security in daily operations

Fluent in Mandarin, Fluent English with both verbal and written,CET4 or Above
普通话流利，英语口语和书面流利，英语四级以上.
