岗位职责：
1.全面统筹规划公司的人力资源战略。组织调研现阶段及中长期人力资源需求及外部供给情况，制定人力资源政策及规划，并推动实施，确保人力资源满足业务发展需求；
2.建立人力资源管理体系，研究设计人力资源管理模式，包括招聘、绩效、培训、薪酬及员工关系发展等的全面建设，制定和完善人力资源管理制度，并推动和实施；
3.为高层决策者提供有关人力资源战略、组织和人才队伍建设等方面的建议，并致力于提高公司综合管理水平；主持人力资源系统年度预算的制订，提供关于人力资源方面的专题报告或建议；
4.塑造、维护、发展和传播企业文化；制订企业文化的推进计划，并推动、监督实施，确保推进计划与核心价值观的一致性；
5.建议中高层管理人员、核心人员的聘用、调配、解聘、
职位要求：
1.全日制本科及以上学历，人力资源、工商管理、金融、心理学等专业；
2.8年以上人力资源管理工作经验；4年以上金融行业、大型企业集团HRD经验，上市公司背景优先考虑；
3.接受过战略管理、人力资源、组织变革、人才开发等方面系统培训；有丰富的金融企业人才队伍、人力资源体系搭建工作经验及行业人才储备；有企业文化和雇主品牌建设实操工作经验；
4.熟悉金融业务，能对公司业务开展形成全面有效支撑；为企业整体发展战略提供组织和人才支持；对现代金融企业人力资源管理模式有系统的了解和实践，熟悉人力资源日常管理工作流程；对人力资源战略规划、人才引进、绩效考核、
