Description
* Finance BP
* Driving and facilitating company performance with data driven analysis involving team members and business divisions.
* Efficient process improvement for Budgeting, Rolling forecast, monthly reporting, and daily operation.
* Profitability analysis by customer, product, industry, etc.utilizing financial data and IT tool.
* Strengthen project controlling process, Oversea accurate preparation of financial project plans including projects cost timeline
Credit control
* Customer credit control to avoid bad debt
* Expedite AR collection in collaboration with business divisions
* CCC promotion including DIH, DPO
* Contract condition review
* Collect risk information

Profile
Job Qualifications
1.Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
2.Finance related or management related, EMBA is a plus
3.10 years experience in financial management, financial analysis and risk control, with experience in group financial management and industrial control Business
4.Excellent lea dership and communication skills
high motivation to build on existing skills and develop management and lea dership skills for a successful career, Proactive attitude with proven ability to implement solutions to problems
Able to work under pressure
5.Fluent in both Japan ese and English
