工作内容
1、组织、建立、完善并清晰化企业全球愿景及战略定位
2、对内：从内部经营情况出发，结合行业格局，判断业务眼前经营健康程度与中长期战略规划方向合理性，并给出策略判断和选择建议
3、对外行业/战略研究： 企业基因诊断、所处行业分析，聚焦行业增长方向，结合实践研究，为总部提供中长期创新性决策支持
4、董事长/CEO服务： 建立短、中、长期战略规划，为董事长/CEO输出行业洞见并提供关键决策支持，并推动和监督战略执行落地
5、战略方向澄清及落地推动： 协助内外部客户，以解决问题为导向，通过共创方式、阐述并推动各区域至上而下的战略澄清

理想的求职者
1、985/211本科学历毕业并有过海外工作或者生活经历，或海外华人。卓越的沟通能力，英文口头及书写能力
2、至少7年以上战略咨询、商业咨询经验，扎实的战略研究背景和行业洞察力，较强的战略明晰与执行经验；
3，自我驱动，好奇，追求卓越、持续学习、良好的商业敏锐度与逻辑思维能力；积极主动，踏实能干，抗压能力强，接受出差
4、丰富的跨团队项目合作沟通经验，能够与跨国团队合作
