我的客户是一家大型医药集团，每年营收近50亿，产品主要覆盖血液系统疾病、免疫感染、围术期及重症护理、创面管理、消化代谢等领域，具备7大研发技术平台，12个现代化生产与研发基地，覆盖1-3级医院超过8000家。
工作内容
1.与业务部门合作，为客户提供卫生经济专业解决方案，开发并解读经济学价值依据、方法和工具，应用于国内市场准入工作的支持。
2.根据客户产品特点制定药物经济学策略，设计和管理药物经济学项目，确保项目在预期时间内顺利执行并及时完成项目报告，涉及资料包括但不限于如Value Pack 、One Page 、FAQ 、谈判资料等，支持到国家医保准入。
3.根据产品的市场准入策略，提供相关的医保与定价解决方案，为产品制定医保与定价策略提供支持。
4.通过药物经济资料和依据的整合和解读，在公司内部提供相关部门培训。
5.与卫生经济学领域内主要专家保持良好沟通，定期搜集相应治疗领域的药物经济学方面的重要信息，以及医保、定价等卫生政策, 了解并分析相应治疗领域的准入政策趋势。
6.制定产品的定价和市场准入战略，并推动内部客户、跨职能合作伙伴的准入优先级 可交付成果的一致性
7.探索市场潜力并制定准入战略，与商业和其他准入相关团队合作进行市场准入谈判

理想的求职者
1.本科及以上学历，卫生经济学、公共卫生或相关专业，硕士或以上的教育背景优先；
2.5 年以上工作经验，或具备2 年以上团队管理经验，具有优秀的卫生经济学研究能力，有相关项目管理经验者优先；
3.熟悉国内以及国际各种定价和接入方案，具备激情和创新思维；
4.良好的定性和定量分析技能；
5.有责任心和自驱力，能独立、主动开展工作；
6.客户为先的思维，善于独立思考，有较强的创新和学习能力；
7.具备较强的抗压能力、沟通谈判能力和团队协作能力，文化适应能力较强。
