全勤奖
工作职责;
1. 管理半导体、电子结构件、功能器件三个中心日常工作，100左右团队规模。
2. 15年以上消费类电子策略采购经验，半导体采购经验丰富。
3. 具备丰富的供应商优化，合约管理，资源池升级策略。
4. 负责国内和国际策略采购，包括日常团队管理运营，业务统筹实施等;
5. 负责制定品类采购策略以及供应商资源池管理，制定供应商使用策，并实施落地；
6. 负责制定成本控制计划，通过推动全链条降本活动，保障降本目标达成，支持公司经营目标
7. 负责物料新供应商及二元化供应资源开发与认定，遵循《物料供应商认定开发流程》，满足项目开发需求；
8. 负责物料相关供应商管理活动，包括供应商关系管理、分类管理、合同管理以及绩效管理，物料品类资源池搭建及定位，供应商分级分类管理，以及持续优化供应商资源池；
9. 负责主导新物料供应商选择，遵循《物料供应商选择流程》，满足项目质量、交付、成本要求；
10. 负责物料竞友资源的调研信息收集，客户资源池的调研及内部灵活使用；
11. 负责物料及相关供应商全生命周期内信息更新及数据维护，包括供应商基本信息、商业条款、BPA、采购份额、MOQ/MPQ、L/T等；
12. 负责物料除降本外其他KPI指标达成管理：供应商账期、LT采购周期、VIM占比等；
13. 负责料类相关市场行情走势分析，识别风险并协同相关部门制定应对风险预案，跟踪风险预案实时落地；
工作要求
1. 本科及以上学历，消费类电子行业、半导体行业优先；
2. 熟悉全球半导体市场，多品类采购经验丰富；
3. 团队管理经验。
