Main Tasks:
1. Take the role as the contact window between EQ planning and BUs
2. PR review & PO releasing and delivery follow-up.
3. Replenishment in DCs
4. Ensure that data is accurate and update in the SAP
5. Periodically clean up data in SAP (LT/MOQ/Rounding value/Safety stock/Phase-in/out etc.)
6. Take quick reactions on any changes
7. Participate in the phase-in/out process and the launch of new projects, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
8. Support the launch of new products (Staging (new/extend)/inventory build-up etc.)
9. Support continuous improvement.
Skill & knowledge
1. Language: English (writing & reading)
2. Office: Excel (Good) / Outlook / Word / PowerPoint
3. System: understand the MRP logic (SAP prefer), including the planning / purchase / warehouse
4. Understand Incoterm and the basic import/export process
5. Capability of the data collection and analysis
