现为进一步提升公司的人效与组织效能，以更敏捷的速度应对市场的变化，更好支撑业务的发展，招聘一位COE经理的加入。
岗位职责：
结合业务发展策略目标，支持业务管理团队及HRD在薪酬绩效及激励方案上的设计、梳理、测算与落地
充分理解业务逻辑及组织、人才特点，结合外部政策与行业趋势，相应给到业务负责人及HRD以薪酬绩效及激励方案优化上的建议
支持HRD就其他人力资源项目工作的开展
理想的候选人：
8年及以上工作经验，人力资源领域专注，来自医疗行业(医药、医疗器械、IVD、医疗服务等细分赛道).
擅长销售人员的人效及组织效能测算分析；能够以业务及人力资源双重视角回顾、分析、优化相关方案，支持销售团队达成公司战略目标
在乙方咨询公司具备医疗行业薪酬绩效项目参与经验；或在初创型甲方企业成功经历过业务发展、变化阶段的薪酬激励方案的调整，并成功影响、推动过业务的提升/转型
强业务敏感性、强数据敏感性；具备较强的业务团队沟通和理解能力
亲和力佳，人品端正，强团队协作意识
