职位详情
职位描述：
1、 生产管理
a) 负责组织协调相关资源完成生产任务；
b) 组织制定本部门工作目标、工作计划、并及时组织实施、监督；
c) 确保按照批准的工艺规程生产、贮存，以保证药品质量；
d) 保质保量安全及时完成生产任务;
e) 建立生产部门的成本管控机制，对每种物料的消耗和成品及部分中间产品制定内部管控标准，主导生产成本管控项目。
2、 日常管理
a) 负责每日对生产的落实监督，及时处理生产过程中各类问题，监督工艺执行率；
b) 根据每周生产计划或出货计划，合理分配工作，掌握生产进度，提高工作效率，确保部门达成生产计划。
3、 质量管理；
a) 组织对生产制程质量进行控制、检讨、预防工作；
b) 组织做好车间每个工序制程品质管控培训等工作。
4、 安全管理
a) 对本部人员及公司财产安全负责：
b) 现场巡视和宣导，提高员工安全意识，坚持预防为主，保障员工在作业过程中的安全；
c) 加强安全宣导，进行相关安全培训，要求严格按作业指导进行规范，多了解员工上班作业精神状况；
d) 不定时巡视公司相关有安全隐患的地方及时提出，跟进及时处理。
5、 其他
a) 参与药监和客户审计，配合资料准备和现场工作；
b) 参与产品的设计开发及产品技术的对内对外交流；
c) 完成每月度半年度及年度盘点相关工作；
d) 完成上级交给的其它工作。
任职要求：
1、 药学、制药或化学工程等相关专业专科以上学历，
2、 10年以上药品领域工作经验，6年以上从事药品生产和质量管理的实践经验，其中至少2年的生产管理经验，熟悉药品质量管理相关法律法规和规章制度；
3、 熟悉制药工艺和技术；熟悉GMP知识，熟悉中国以及欧美GMP、ICH等法规；
4、 优秀的领导力、沟通协调、组织、计划能力。
5、工厂在内蒙，需要base在内蒙，但社保公积金保留北京。请知悉。
