-Lead on project management for key account/customer as assigned by PM Manager:
a. Main contact point with customer throughout the NPI stage.
b. Maintain communication with customer for obtaining project specifications and requirements. Obtain forecast information from BD for capacity planning
c. Ensure RFQ, DFM, FMEA and capacity planning requirements are done as required
d. Ensure accurate BOM & Routing during entire NPI stage as well as good maintenance
e. Ensure project timeline and quality is met according to customer requirements
f. Respond and act promptly to changes from customer on delivery and forecast
g. Organize and form project team from relevant functional departments
h. Introduce the project through project initialization meeting (PIM) to Operation
i. Work closely with BD Manager and site GM/OM to report project status according to defined frequency
j. Lead and chair problem solving meeting to resolve project issues
k. Escalate to PM Manager/Director whenever there is high risk affecting project execution
l. Build strong teamwork through communication, motivation and development
m. Seek continuous improvement and cost saving ideas/opportunities
n. Consolidate all liabilities after each NPI build and present to PM Manager & BD Manager for review
-Handle confidentiality is a MUST
-Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by PM Manager/PM HOD

1. More than 5 years of working experience, with experience in supervisory role
2. More than 3 years relevant technical experience (tooling, molding or assembly is preferred)
3. Good written and oral for English & Chinese
