Job Responsibilities/工作职责

1. Responsible for mammalian cell culture in the shake flask and bioreactors; Familiar with cell thawing, inoculation, subculture and counting;

负责哺乳动物细胞的摇瓶和反应器的培养，熟悉细胞解冻、接种、传代及计数等操作；

2. Responsible for supporting GMP production; Participate in technical support and evaluating deviation;

负责GMP生产的支持，参与技术指导和偏差评估；

3. Familiar with the tech transfer of cell culture process and the strategy of process parameters optimization; Participate in process scale-up and process characterization study;

熟悉细胞培养工艺的技术转移流程和工艺参数优化策略，参与工艺放大及工艺表征研究；

4. Responsible for experimental data recording, results analysis and report preparation;

负责实验数据记录、结果分析和报告撰写；

5. Responsible for the maintenance of the daily used equipment and writing the SOP about equipment operation and maintenance;

负责实验室仪器设备的日常维护；起草关于设备使用、维护的SOP；

6. Other work arranged by superior leaders.

上级领导安排的其他工作。

Job Requirements/岗位要求

1. Bachelor or above in Biopharmaceutical, Cell biology, Molecular biology, Biochemistry, Microbiology and Fermentation engineering, or related discipline;

本科及以上学历，生物制药、细胞生物学、分子生物学、生物化学、微生学、发酵工程等生物相关专业;

2. Have solid professional knowledge and understand the basic principles of mammalian cell culture processes;

具有扎实的专业基础知识，理解哺乳动物细胞培养过程的基本原理；

3. Familiar with operating various bioreactor system and disposable bioreactors;

熟悉各种反应器和一次性反应器系统；

4. Be good at communicating, have team work sprit and the ability to coordinate; Hard working attitude, and the ability to work well under pressure;

善于沟通沟通，具有团队协作能力；抗压及吃苦耐劳；

5. Be capable of reading and writing in both Chinese and English.

较强的中英文献阅读、撰写能力。
