工作内容work content:
1. 收集客户关于新项目/新产品的要求，参与可信性分析。
Collect customer requirements of new project/product, participate in credibility analysis.
2. 将客户要求转化为内部产品规范/标准，并文件化传递给相关部门
Transform customer requirement to internal product specification/standard, and make it documented and delivered to relevant departments.
3. 跟踪确认新项目各阶段的质量状况，并推动改进
Follow up and confirm the quality status of new project at all stages and promote improvement
4. 负责项目阶段客户投诉的处理，内部8D的主导
Handling of customer complaints at project stage, internal 8D dominance
5. 负责control plan的编写与执行
Formulating and executing of control plan
6. 负责项目阶段产品关键特性的SPC控制
SPC control of key characteristics of products at project stage
7. 负责新项目的产品审核及过程审核。
Product and process audit of new project
8. 参与新项目APQP文件的编制
Formulating of APQP documents of new project
9. 参与项目阶段不合格品的评审
Participate in review of unqualified products during project phase
10. 设计并于客户沟通项目的检测方式方法
Design and align with customer the inspection and test strategy and mothed
11. 负责完成上级领导安排的各项事务

任职资格Qualification:
教育背景education background:
◆本科工科以上学历（如有相应工作经历，可适当放宽学历）。
Bachelor degree or above in engineering(
培训经历Training experience:
◆质量管理体系、8D工具、TS五大工具、QC七大手法，VDA6.3，VDA6.5
Quality management system, 8D tool, TS five tools, QC seven techniques, VDA6.3，VDA6.5
技能技巧ability and skill:
◆数据分析、PDCA、良好的沟通等
