YOUR ROLE:
1. To lead Shiseido Professional Brand growth on T-mall Platform (including T-mall Flagship &T-mall Supermarket).
2. To drive constant optimization of business strategy empowered by accurate market insights.
3. Lead T-mall& Cross border team to deliver business results ensured by seamless operation and execution.
YOUR ROLE CAN OFFER YOU:
1. With full awareness on market dynamics and competitive landscape, develop category/segment growing strategies for T-mall store, covering assortment plans, pricing & promotion plans and paid media strategies, targeting different strategic consumer groups.
2. Be responsible for P&L and set commercial KPIs.
3. Lead and implement monthly activation plan and key shopping festival campaigns in line with channel strategies. Perform ongoing analysis on operation metrics (including key item sales, traffic, conversion rate and consumer behaviors) to optimize real-time sales strategy, aiming at achieving business performance and maximizing the efficiency of marketing activities.
YOUR SKILLS:
1. English can be used as the working language.
2. Market and business analysis.
3. E-store Operation, Marketing Activities and Content development, BD with Top KOLs P&L management, distributor management, cross-function communication.
