Production Quality:

• Responsible of Quality Controllers on production and controls according to technical documents.

• Responsible that inspections of the products are performed and their identification state.

• Responsible to assess a non-conformity, its identification and isolation.

• Management of Non-Conform products, through the immediate, correctives and preventives

actions.

• Timely record, give the recording and feedback about quality issues and assistance in product

quality analysis.

• Quality KPI data statistics, reporting and corrective action follow up.

• Train & guide the Quality Controllers and operators to perform self-inspections.

• Perform the follow-up of measure instruments and their maintenance, responsible for external

calibration.

• Responsible that QC inspect instructions are present and conform (up to date) at workstations.

• Assure the recordings status of product for traceability.

Articles claims management:

• For internal and external claims, manage articles analysis, support SQE for return process of nonconform and damaged articles to suppliers.

• Start and follow-up actions plan (through PDCA, 8D for corrective & preventive actions…) with all

departments involved to prevent similar issues.

• To capitalize correctives/preventives experiences on Lessons Learned to improve design, process,

instructions to target zero defect.

Other Responsibilities:

• Keep updated all above related inputs and outputs on company MyAcrelec system.

• Monitor a dashboard to follow up the above performances.

• Ensure respect of safety rules, security of the goods.

• Anticipate unforeseen situations and quickly make corrective decisions.

• Ensure flow of information between customers, suppliers and other company departments.

• Translation of documents Chinese to English and reverse when needed.

• Tasks may be added to above list according to company evolution and project development.
