1. Perform or audit the inspection on products via different NDT methods (UT, MT, PT, BHN, etc.) in production process as per ITP (Inspection and test plan), drawings, standards, and specifications; 在生产过程中，按照检验及试验计划、图纸、标准、规范按时进行相关检测（包括超声波检测、磁粉检测、渗透检测，硬度测量等）；
2. Perform or audit the dimensional inspection for patterns and products, including manually dimensional measurement, gauges inspection according to the ITP, drawings, standards, and specifications; 根据ITP、图纸、标准、规范等对模具或产品进行尺寸检验，方法包括手工测量和自制量器具检验；
3. Perform or audit the surface quality inspection for patterns and products, including manually dimensional measurement, gauges inspection according to the ITP, drawings, standards, and specifications. Perform or audit per ITP; 按ITP、图纸、技术条件、合同等对产品外观质量进行检测；
4. Audit critical production process of third party suppliers defined in ME Elecmetal Standards and Inspection and Testing Plans, these could be mold assembly, rubber preparation, welding, painting process, vulcanization and inspection, including review rubber physical property test, WPS, PQR, vulcanization curve and original inspection records, etc; 根据ME标准或者ITP要求，对分包生产厂模具装配、焊接、刷胶、硫化和检验等关键生产工序进行审核，并对橡胶配方和物理性能、焊接、硫化工艺记录曲线以及检验原始记录等进行监督确认；
5. Prepare daily supervision and inspection reports, inform superior when a deviation is found or any nonconformity, issue NCR report and follow up the corrective actions; 出具监查或检验日报，发现偏差项、不合格项、缺陷等及时通知上级、出具不合格报告，并跟踪纠正措施；
6. Follow up with the investigation for CCRs (Customer Complain Report) of the third party suppliers, verify the implementation of the corrective actions and improvement actions to be carried out, assist suppliers to enhance the quality assurance process; go on-site audit when necessary; 负责客户投诉报告的跟踪处理，协助分包生产厂完成内部生产记录调查，并对其制定的纠正和预防措施进行跟踪验证，协助供应商完善质量控制流程，必要时对供应商现场进行审核及辅导；
7. Assist in develop new alloy or process implement in CPS foundries and maintain relevant records or reports; 协助完成新材料开发和新工艺的推广，并维护开发过程中的所有数据或报告；

任职要求：
Education and Experience
1. Associate degree or above majored；大专及以上学历；
2. At least holding UT/PT/MT Level I certification, at least 3 years on-site NDE working experience. 须持有UT/PT/MT 3个I级或以上证书，至少3年无损检测实际操作经验。
3. Knowledge of using simple measure equipment; 熟悉使用简单的量具；
4. Have good operations skill to Microsoft Office; 能使用office办公软件；
5. Be able to accept domestic travel. 能接受国内出差。
