Responsibilities:

-Assist in handling of Product Development process and sourcing materials for development;

-Prepare and make the costing for knitted samples;

-All round knowledge in knitwear materials, finishes, workmanship and manufacturing processes;

-Knowledge in Technical Textiles and Yarn materials will be an advantage;

-Handle ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in Technical Textile and Fashion Design or related disciplines;

-3-5 years' solid experience in sweater field merchandising with 2 years' manufacturing background and fashion design;

-Price negotiation with sourcing suppliers to meet development requirements;

-Innovative, open-minded, exploratory, flexible, agile, and hand-on approach;

-Result-oriented, with the ability to think strategically while offering creative solutions;

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and incorporate feedback and questions when neccessary;

-Familiar with Office software and ERP system;

-Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin;

-Immediate availability is highly preferred.
